The Welsh factor Competition hits Port Talbot for the first time!
The Welsh Factor will be held at the Seaside Social and Labour Club starting on Monday 14th March, which will be one of the Owners birthdays of the Welsh Factor - Anna Marie Thomas
Welsh Factor Owner Recieves Award!
On Wednesday 2nd March 2011 one of the Owners of the Welsh Factor Anna Marie Thomas received the Award for Business Person of the Year 2011 at the Admiral Bay Radio Community Awards Ceremony at this Star studded event which took place at the Towers Hotel & Spa, This is what Bay Radio had to say about Anna Marie Thomas.

Our winner has turned her lifelong interest in show business into a flourishing business. She’s the co-founder of the Welsh Factor Talent Competition which has grown to be the biggest Talent Show in South Wales. From the Welsh Factor Talent Competition she opened the Welsh Factor Academy which spots talented individuals and gives them a platform to develop skills which benefit them if they choose a career in entertainment as well as skills they can make use of all their lives.
